What an exciting time!  I would love to be there to help document this special and fleeting period of your family's history!  Here is some quick information about the types of Newborn sessions available:  

​

Newborn sessions are done in your home (weekday morning) and should be scheduled within the first 3 weeks after birth (when both parents are still on leave from work) and ideally should be planned before expected due date.

​

• Family and/or sibling photos included

• All edited photos in online gallery are chosen by the photographer

• Sneak peek posted on Social media after session

• Online gallery delivered via email within 30 days after session date (depending on busy season)

Lifestyle Newborn Session

Sessions typically last 1 to 1.5 hours  (as needed at Photographer discretion)

Lifestyle photography  (no studio style posing)  and individual styled newborn images

Outfit changes permitted

on location in home/greenhouse/outdoors

(within 20 mins of Waukee area)

40+ Images (all of the BEST!)

Online Gallery with digital download included with printing option through professional lab

payment due at session

Ideas on how to dress your baby at home:

(use of personal items like quilts and wraps-your supply only-I have a Moses basket that can be used upon request) 

Wraps/swaddles can be patterned for the family to coordinate around or solid (Target, Homegoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Copper Pearl online, Amazon, local boutique, etc)

Solid sleepers, knotted gowns, white onesies (idea store:  https://katequinn.com/, https://cadenlane.com/, https://www.spearmintlove.com/ etc)

For the family: neutrals (whites, grays, tans, beige, ivory) are really great, especially indoors with some pops of pattern/color in the wraps or a younger child.
